Lincoln City Fall Kite Festival

Location Change: Due to renovations of the D-River Wayside State Park, the venue has changed to be held at the Chinook Winds Casino and Resort Motel, on the beach and grassy areas.
Friday from 6:00-ish to 9:00-ish will be a lighted kite fly.
Saturday and Sunday events will be from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
