Rockaway Beach Fall Kite Festival is held by the sponsorship of the American Kitefliers Association (AKA). The old festival was held for more than 20 years. Amateur and professional kitefliers participate. Tens of colored kites in various shapes decorate the sky, creating a marvelous view.
Flying competitions as well as kids activities, building and flying kites. Enjoy live music, food tastes, and more.
Due to large numbers of visitors, it’s recommended to check hotel rates and book rooms well in advance.
