Pierce County (WA) Kite Festival

Join Pierce County and the Pierce County Kite Fliers for a fun day of showing off your kites and flying skills, kids and adults activities (like Running of the Bols, candy drop, free kids kites, handcrafted show-off, People’s Choice…).
This year (2026) it will be only a single day event.
You do need to purchase a parking pass in advance, but if you’re a flyer or helping out at the festival, we’ll send you a free pass.
