Join kids and fliers for fun kids activities at Birch Bay State Park. We can sure use any fliers to help out the kids flying their kites. Bring ground art, hang around, and fly some of your own kites.    

Seattle's Magnuson Park on "Kite Hill". Park in the lot at the end of the road, across from the swimming beach (the former's Officer's Beach).

If you're not doing anything for 4th of July, join the Whidbey Island Kite Fliers at Fort Casey State Park. A Discover Pass is required to use this park. Hang out, fly your kites, get assistance for flying.
